Clinical Services & Consultation

every session:

Comprehensive 1:1 direct therapy

  • Service delivered by: RBT (typical) or BCBA

  • Service delivered to: Your child/the individual

  • Frequency: Anywhere from 1-35 hours per week based on BCBA recommendation

  • Settings: Home, educational, and community environments such as a playground, grocery store, religious settings, or extracurricular activities

  • Clinical Overview:

    • Your therapist will work directly with your child for the entire duration of their scheduled session.

    • Your clinician will use a device to discreetly track progress in real time, ensuring data is clearly shared and analyzed with you.

    • First few sessions: Developing rapport, leaning into play, and following your child's lead entirely.

    • As skills develop: Learning through play, celebrating wins, and naturally introducing and fading supportive prompts.

    • Toward the conclusion of services: Systematically fading out clinical prompts and praise so the child relies entirely on their own internal motivation.

    • After discharge: Supporting the caregiver to maintain and generalize skills in natural, everyday life.
